Promoting sustainable berry production
In recent years, the demand for soft fruits has been steadily rising due to shifting dietary preferences, health awareness, and a preference for natural and organic foods. Türkiye, a major fruit producer and exporter with favorable conditions like a mild climate and strategic location, holds potential for growth in the soft fruit market. Despite a surge in berry-type fruit production, particularly strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, and currant, Türkiye’s soft fruit sector is still in its early stages, presenting substantial opportunities for expanding fresh fruit production and improving its quality.

Why partner up?
Fruit and berry production is a process. It starts with choosing the right varieties of clean planting materials. Then the crop needs to be nursed, grown and yielded. After harvest, the fruits and berries must be cooled down and stored under the right conditions. After the product is packed, the product should reach the consumers in top quality. Holland House of Fruits supplies all the different steps of the production process.
